DRAFT — PENDING COUNSEL. This document is a placeholder written by the development team so the registration flow can link somewhere real. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not the final agreement. Binding text will replace this page before public launch. If you are reading this during the beta, treat it as a statement of intent rather than a contract.

1. What we collect

Your email address, a display name you choose, a hashed password, and everything your character does in the game — actions, dialogue, dice, and the GM's narration.

2. Why

To run your account, to give the GM your story's memory, to bill you, and to find bugs. That is the whole list.

3. Third parties

Gameplay text is sent to AI model providers to generate the GM's replies. Email is sent through a delivery provider. Payment, when it exists, will be handled by a payment processor who receives your billing details directly — we never hold your card number.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your gameplay to advertise to you. There are no tracking pixels in our email.

5. Retention

Your game history is kept while your account exists, because it is the memory the GM plays from. Operational logs are kept for a limited window and then dropped.

6. Your control

Ask us for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, and we will do it.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored readable. Email verification and reset links are stored hashed too, are single-use, and expire.

8. Contact

Reach the operator through the address on the sign-in page.
